This slider zipper bag is produced from LDPE film and fitted with a moulded slider closure that opens and closes with a single pull. The bag keeps small parts, garments, stationery and consumer goods secure while staying easy for end users to reseal, which makes it a practical choice for retail display, warehouse picking and sample dispatch.
We manufacture the full export range from the compact 210×180mm size up to the 325×365mm format, with film thickness from 0.05mm to 0.065mm. Every order is produced to the selected size, thickness and print artwork rather than pulled from stock.

Choosing the Right Slider Zipper Bag

Slider zipper vs. standard zipper: what is the difference?
A slider bag carries a moulded plastic slider that the user pulls along the tracks, so the bag opens and closes without lining up the two profiles by hand. That makes it faster to reseal and easier for shoppers to use in store. A standard zipper relies on finger pressure along the whole length of the track and suits lower-cost, high-volume packing where the closure is opened less often.
How do I choose between 0.05mm and 0.065mm film?
The 0.05mm film is the lightest option in the export range and works well for textiles, stationery and light components. As bag size and contents weight increase, step up to 0.055mm, 0.06mm or 0.065mm so the bag holds its shape and the slider track stays flat. The 288×306mm and 325×365mm sizes are supplied in 0.065mm for this reason.
What does the 30mm bottom gusset do?
A 30mm bottom gusset lets the bag stand open and expand at the base, so bulky or boxed items sit inside without stretching the side seals. It is used on the 205×150mm, 220×228mm, 288×306mm and 325×365mm sizes, where the extra depth keeps the printed panel flat and the slider easy to operate.
Why is the MOQ 500 pcs on some sizes and 5,000 pcs on others?
Standard export sizes run at a MOQ of 5,000 pcs, which covers the set-up for film, slider track and printing. Selected sizes can be produced from 500 pcs when the size and film specification allow a shorter run. Confirm the exact quantity for your chosen size before placing the order.
How is the 25–35 day lead time scheduled?
Production normally takes 25–35 days after artwork approval and receipt of the deposit. The schedule covers film blowing, printing, slider attachment, bag making and packing into boxes of 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 pcs. Orders with more colors or several sizes in one shipment sit at the longer end of the range.
Can domestic sizes be produced together with export sizes?
Yes. The domestic sizes 200×140, 200×220+25, 280×300+40, 300×400+40 and 350×450+40 mm are made in 0.06mm film with a minimum of 3,000 boxes, and they can be scheduled in the same production window as an export order. Because the film and printing set-up differ, the two ranges are quoted and confirmed as separate lines.
Printing, Packing and Ordering
Printing is available in 1–4 colors, so the bag can carry a brand logo, handling symbols or a size marker while the contents stay visible through the clear LDPE film. Bags are packed 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 pcs per box, and the packing count is fixed per size when the order is confirmed.
