Built Around a Round Valve

The Air Language Series uses a round valve placed on one side of the bag, so air is drawn out through a single, easy-to-locate port. A round valve keeps the pumping point obvious on a large flat bag, which matters when several bags are stacked in a drawer, a suitcase or a storage box.

Each bag in this series is made from blue PA/PE film at 0.07 mm and left unprinted, giving importers and private-label buyers a clean surface for their own labels, stickers or packaging inserts.

Blue PA/PE Film at 0.07 mm

The PA/PE structure pairs a nylon-side barrier with a polyethylene sealing layer. The 0.07 mm gauge is the mid-weight option in our range: firm enough to hold its shape while being loaded, and flexible enough to fold around textiles and bedding inside a case.

The film is supplied in a consistent blue tone across all seven sizes, so a mixed carton still looks like one product line on the shelf. Heat-sealed edges run along the full perimeter, and the round valve is bonded to the front panel.

The series covers seven flat formats, from a compact 30 × 50 cm bag for small items up to a 100 × 120 cm bag for bulky bedding and outerwear.

Smaller formats suit knitwear, shirts and children's clothing, while the 70 × 100 cm and larger formats are aimed at duvets, pillows and winter coats. Because the bags are flat rather than stand-up, they pack well in wardrobes, under beds and in luggage.

The unprinted blue film works for retail multipacks, hotel and dormitory supply, and moving or seasonal storage programmes. Sizes can be mixed within one order to build a set.
