Pure Blue Series at a Glance

The Pure Blue Series is a flat vacuum compression bag built on a PA/PE laminated film at 0.07 mm per side. The outer layer is a blue film supplied unprinted, which keeps the bag neutral for retailers, private-label programmes and bulk buyers who prefer to apply their own labelling later.

The transparent window effect of the blue film still allows packed contents to be identified at a glance, while the uniform colour gives a consistent look when bags are stacked on a shelf or packed into a moving carton.

Round Valve Construction

Each bag carries a round one-way valve mounted on the front panel. The valve works with common hand pumps and with the suction nozzle of household vacuum cleaners; air leaves through the valve and does not return once the cap is closed.

The PA/PE structure pairs a nylon (PA) layer for puncture resistance with a PE sealing layer, so the three-side heat seal closes cleanly and holds along the full length of the bag. The open end is sealed with the zip or clip closure supplied with the bag before evacuation.

Bags are supplied unprinted. No printing plate, logo or size marking is applied, so the same article can serve several markets without artwork changes.

Packing, Storage and Handling

The smaller sizes suit folded shirts, knitwear and travel packing, while the 70 cm and wider formats take bedding, quilts and seasonal outerwear. Because the film is flat rather than gusseted, loaded bags stack evenly inside cartons and storage boxes.

Store filled bags away from sharp edges and direct heat. Leave the valve cap in place after evacuation, and avoid overfilling past the seal line so the closure can seat flat along its full width.
