On a duty-free counter or a licensed tobacco display, the pack has to do two jobs at once: carry the brand artwork without distortion and stay sealed until the customer opens it. This three-side seal ziplock bag is made for that setting, with a flat, stable profile that stands neatly in a display tray and a printed surface that reproduces detailed artwork across the full front panel.

The format is 180 mm × 240 mm, sized for a retail tobacco pouch rather than a bulk refill. Each bag is built from a 130 micron per side OPP/PET/PE lamination, so the finished pack keeps a crisp edge and a firm hand feel instead of collapsing on the shelf.

Three-Side Seal Construction

Three sealed edges create a clean rectangular body with no gusset to bulge or crease. That construction keeps the front and back panels flat, which matters when the artwork runs edge to edge and when several packs are stacked or fanned out in a display.

The top edge carries the closure, while the two side seals and the bottom seal carry the load. Because the seals sit at the perimeter, the printable area stays uninterrupted, and the bag holds its shape after filling, packing and transport. The same 180 mm × 240 mm format is also available without a zipper for programmes that use a different closing method.

OPP/PET/PE Lamination and the Transparent Side

The OPP/PET/PE structure combines an outer layer that takes print and protects the surface, a PET layer for body and dimensional stability, and a PE inner layer for sealing. The result is a pouch that reads as a finished retail pack rather than a plain film bag.

This version adds a transparent side, so part of the contents or the inner structure remains visible next to the printed panel. That clear section gives the pack a window without interrupting the main artwork, and it lets a buyer see the fill level before opening. Printing can follow the artwork shown in the reference images or be produced to your own customer artwork, with the layout and colour build agreed before production.

Zipper Top or Unzipped: Two Ways to Close the Pack

The zipper top gives the pack a resealable closure, which suits products that are opened and closed more than once. The zipper is applied across the top seal, so the bag can still be printed on the front panel and finished with the same transparent side.

For lines that are sealed once and discarded after opening, the same bag is available without a zipper. Both versions share the 180 mm × 240 mm size and the 130 micron per side lamination, so a range can be built on one specification with two closure choices.
