Black Flex Series at a Glance

The Black Flex Series is a printed vacuum compression bag built on a black PA/PE laminate. Each side of the film measures 0.06 mm, giving the bag a firm hand feel that holds its shape once the air is drawn out and the bag is sealed. The dark film hides the contents, which suits retail displays, hotel housekeeping and any setting where a clean, uniform look matters.

Bags in this series are intended for bulky textiles: seasonal clothing, duvets, pillows, blankets and travel wardrobes. Drawing the air out reduces the volume of the load so it takes up less shelf, wardrobe or suitcase space, and the sealed bag also keeps dust and moisture away from the fabric during storage.

Construction and the Round Valve

The bag body is a PA/PE laminate with 0.06 mm thickness per side. PA gives the film puncture resistance and a good barrier against odours and moisture, while the PE layer provides the heat-sealable surface that closes the bag after loading. The result is a bag that survives repeated compress-and-store cycles in normal household use.

The round valve sits on the surface of the bag and takes a standard vacuum cleaner nozzle or a hand pump. Its circular profile keeps the opening centred and makes it easy to find the valve point when the bag is full. The printed surface is applied to the black film, so branding, size marking and care instructions read clearly against the dark background.

Sealing is by a simple zip track along the open edge; the bag is closed by running a finger or the supplied slider across the track before air is extracted. Both the valve and the zip are designed for repeated opening and closing rather than single-use packing.

Buying and Storage Notes

The series is supplied as a printed finished bag, ready to fill and seal. Because the film is black, print contrast is best kept in light or metallic inks; the standard printed layout carries the series mark and size on the front panel.

For retail and wholesale programmes, the four sizes can be mixed in one order. Bags should be stored flat, away from sharp edges and direct sunlight, and kept dry before use so the zip track stays clean and the valve seat stays free of dust.

When filling, leave a margin below the zip track so the seal line stays flat, fold the loaded bag before closing, and draw air until the film pulls tight around the contents. Let the bag rest for a moment before moving it, so the seal settles against the fabric.
